Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Mengoperasikan mesin kasir di area, menerima uang dengan hati-hati dan menjaga keakuratan catatan penerimaan uang, membantu menyelesaikan keluhan pelanggan dan mendukung aktivitas operasional toko.

Menyapa dan menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan dan menerapkan program pelayanan pelanggan yang telah diterapkan oleh perusahaan.

Mengoperasikan mesin kasir sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan secara akurat dan efisien.

Menghitung uang di Cash Drawers pada awal shift untuk memasukan jumlah uangnya sesuai dan uang kembalian cukup dan pada shift berakhir memastikan keakuratan uang setoran dari penjualan.

Mengumpulkan dan mengelola laporan non-tunai dan mencatat sesuai dengan SOP.

Memelihara kebersihan dan susunan mesin kasir termasuk didalamnya membersihkan unit kasir, semua peralatan promosi yang berada di mesin kasir, area kasir, dan tempat packing customer.

Berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan sales area ketika tidak dibutuhkan di mesin kasir untuk mendukung pelayanan yang sempurna kepada pelanggan termasuk didalamnya stock barang, mengecek lebel harga, barang yang tidak berada di display, aktivitas pembersihan dan layanan umum pelanggan.

Mendengarkan dan menyelesaikan keluhan pelanggan dan melaporkan hal tersebut (dengan solusi yang memungkinkan) kepada Front End Supervisor.
