Responsibilities

we require you to develop Presentation and article designs and/or assists on speech translation/drafting a variety of documents, and other hands-out material needed, applying effective proofreading and grammar skills in English &/or Bahasa Indonesia.

Working in close co-operation with other senior level management VPs and other senior contacts and/or Secretaries in the governmental organizations and other institution, exchange information and ensure consistent service delivery

Undertake any other duties as requested.

Requirements:

Female Max. 45 years old

Require experience as Senior Personal assistant, Senior Executive secretary, Public Relations conceptor  from Multinational company

Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any discipline

Excellent organizational skills (handle government & expatriate), ability to multi-task and organize others.

Excellent oral and written communication English skills is a must.

Ability to work independently, under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team.

Attention to detail and deadlines.

Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship at all levels, including difficult or challenging circumstances.
