Responsibilities:

Administration activities , mailing , and communications companies.

Create and mail out the company noted.

Assist preparation of official travel of employees (airfare , hotel , transport , etc. )

Assist Management Representative in reviewing the draft document and amendments.

Maintain all document management system ISO 9001.

Identify and follow up on problems / discrepancies that exist or that it faces a potential mismatch

Implement policies , regulations and systems established by the company ( including the quality management system ISO.

Helping corporate social activities .

Requirements:

At least Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent

Fresh Graduated / have working experience in the related field

Knowing and understanding about ISO 9001:2008

Fluent in English

Computer Liter (word,excel, power point) good administration skill.

Good communication skill dan interpersonal skill

Responsibilities:

Manage Secretarial functions & duties for Managers including travel arrangements, typing, screening phone calls, report writing, document control, filing, etc

Translate any document as required by managers

Assist Managers in the preparation and production of work proposals to various clients

Compile reports accurately and timely as required

Prepare and manage correspondence, report and other document

Take care of company guests including accommodation and any requirements

Requirements:

Female maximum 30 years old

Diploma majoring in secretary or administration

Minimum 2 years experience as Secretary

Single status

Experience in secretarial, public relation and administration skills

Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

Honest, excellent communication skill, pleasant personality and appearance

Fluent in English both oral and writing

Willing to work overtime and under pressure

Willing to work in Balikpapan
